Air transport service for animals
We professionally and reliably arrange the safe air transport of cats, dogs, and other pets – both within Europe and internationally. We work with reputable airlines and strictly adhere to the respective transport conditions. Your pet travels in a species-appropriate, safe manner and in accordance with applicable regulations.
Transport options
In the cabin
• Small animals up to 8 kg (including transport bag)
• Maximum bag dimensions: 55 × 40 × 23 cm
• Up to two animals per passenger are allowed (both in the cabin or distributed between the cabin/cargo hold)
• Bag must be leak-proof, bite-proof and fully sealable
In the cargo hold
• For larger animals or several animals at the same time
• Air-conditioned and ventilated area specifically for animal transport
• IATA-compliant box (stable, securely lockable, can be positioned upright/lying/turned over)
• Limited capacity – early registration required
Other airlines
• Conditions vary depending on the airline (e.g. TAP, Iberia, Eurowings, Azores Airlines)
• Some airlines only have cabin space, others also have cargo space
• Please inquire in advance – we will take care of the organization
Important instructions
• EU pet passport with valid rabies vaccination and microchip required
• Register with the airline at least 48 hours before departure
• Brachycephalic breeds (e.g. pug, Persian cat) partly restricted
