No Right of Withdrawal for Pet Transports with a Fixed Scheduled Date

Our pet transport services are individually planned based on your requirements and carried out on a specifically agreed date or within an agreed time period. Vehicles, drivers, and transport routes are therefore scheduled and reserved specifically for your booking.

For service contracts that are to be performed on a fixed date or within a specific period, the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 of the German Civil Code (BGB).

Cancellation of Pet Transport Services

Regardless of any statutory right of withdrawal, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Up to 72 hours before the scheduled transport date: Free cancellation.

• Less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours before the transport begins: 50% of the agreed transport price will be charged.

• Less than 48 hours before the transport begins or in the event of a no-show on the transport day: 100% of the agreed transport price will be charged.

These cancellation fees reflect the planning and organizational costs already incurred, as well as the loss of transport capacity reserved specifically for your booking.

Rescheduling

Where our transport schedule permits, we will, where possible, offer a free rescheduling to an alternative date instead of a cancellation.

Goodwill Policy

If you are unable to proceed with your transport due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as early as possible. Whenever operationally feasible, we will do our best to find a fair and accommodating solution.
