How does animal transport work with Tiertransport24?
After your request, we will coordinate the pickup and delivery times with you individually. Your pet will be transported in a suitable crate in an air-conditioned vehicle. You can receive WhatsApp updates during the journey upon request.
Which animals can be transported?
We transport dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and other small animals – depending on their species and size. Please provide us with all relevant information when making your inquiry.
Is transport abroad also possible?
Yes, we offer transport within Germany as well as to many European countries such as Austria, France, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain and more.
How much does transport cost?
The price depends on the distance, animal species, transport option (group or direct), and effort involved. We would be happy to provide you with a non-binding quote.
Do I need a transport box?
No, we provide a suitable transport box. However, you can also use your own if you wish—provided it's safe and legally permissible.
How short notice can a transport be booked?
Depending on the route and capacity, last-minute trips are also possible—sometimes even on the same day. Simply contact us via WhatsApp.
How is payment made?
Payment can be made conveniently in cash upon delivery or in advance by bank transfer.
Alternatively, we also offer payment by invoice (after prior arrangement).
Please let us know your preferred payment method in advance.
In which cities in Germany do you offer transport?
We pick up animals throughout Germany and deliver them safely to their destination. Our transports particularly frequently depart from the Rhine-Main area, southern Hesse, and northern Baden:

Yes, we travel regularly to all metropolitan areas and major cities, including:

Do you also pick up outside of cities?
Yes, we travel not only to city centers, but also to smaller towns and rural areas surrounding the aforementioned cities. Simply contact us with your starting and destination addresses – we'll find the right solution.
