We provide pet transport over medium and long distances within Germany as well as cross-border journeys to numerous destinations throughout Europe.

How is the pet transport carried out?

Our pet transports are individually planned direct journeys without shared transport or unnecessary transfers on the way to the destination.

What information do you need for a transport request?

For a transport request, we need the pickup location, destination, requested date, type of animal and important information about the animal's size, age and any special requirements.

Is short-notice pet transport possible?

Depending on availability and route planning, short-notice pet transport may also be possible. We recommend booking as early as possible.

Can I have several animals transported?

Yes, it is generally possible to transport several animals. When making your request, please provide the type and number of animals as well as any important information about them.

How are the costs calculated?

The cost is based on the distance travelled, the type of animal and the individual requirements of the transport.

Which payment methods are available?

Payment can be made in cash, by card, in advance or by partial payment. Existing customers may also pay by invoice by prior arrangement.

Are there additional costs for international journeys?

For international pet transport and journeys to or from another country, an additional international surcharge of €100 per booking applies.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, you will receive a proper invoice for the completed pet transport.

When does the transport need to be paid for?

Depending on the agreed payment method, the amount can be paid at pickup, upon arrival, in advance or split into partial payments.

Documents & Requirements for Pet Transport

The documents and requirements needed for pet transport depend on the type of animal, the planned route and the destination country. For cross-border transport in particular, the applicable regulations must be taken into account.

Transport Within Germany

The required documents and conditions depend on the type of animal, its age and the individual circumstances of the planned transport.

EU Pet Passport

For cross-border transport of dogs and cats, a valid EU Pet Passport may be required.

Microchip Identification

For certain cross-border transports, the animal must be clearly identified by means of a microchip.

Valid Rabies Vaccination

For transport across national borders, a valid and properly documented rabies vaccination may be required.

Puppies & Young Animals

Special entry, vaccination and transport regulations may apply to puppies and other young animals due to their age.

Destination Country Regulations

For international pet transport, the applicable entry and documentation requirements of the destination country must also be observed.
