Individual Direct Transport
Direct transport from collection to the agreed destination without shared transport or transfers.
Personal Collection
Your animal is personally collected from the agreed address at the scheduled time.
Care & Necessary Breaks
Necessary breaks, water and appropriate care are planned according to the duration of the journey and the type of animal.
Personal Handover
At the destination, your animal is personally handed over to the previously agreed recipient.
VAT Included
All stated prices include the applicable statutory VAT.
Payment & Process
Various payment options are available for a flexible and straightforward process. Your preferred payment method can be agreed individually before the animal transport begins.
Payment upon Collection
The full invoice amount can be paid directly when the animal is collected, either in cash or by card.
Payment upon Arrival
Alternatively, the full invoice amount can be paid upon arrival at the agreed destination, either in cash or by card.
Split Payment
If preferred, 50% of the invoice amount can be paid upon collection and the remaining 50% upon arrival.
Advance Payment
Full payment of the invoice amount before the animal transport begins is also possible.
Payment by Invoice
Existing customers may also pay by invoice, subject to prior agreement.

How are the costs of animal transport calculated?
The cost is based on the distance travelled between the collection and destination addresses, as well as the type of animal and the individual requirements of the transport. The final transport price is calculated based on these details.
What are the per-kilometre rates for animal transport?
Different per-kilometre rates apply to transports within Germany depending on the type of animal. Dog transport costs €1.15 per kilometre, cat transport €1.10 per kilometre and small animal transport €1.05 per kilometre.
Are there additional costs for international animal transport?
Yes. The stated per-kilometre rates apply to transports within Germany. For international animal transports and journeys to or from another country, an additional international surcharge of €100 per booking applies.
Are breaks and care during the journey included in the price?
Yes. Necessary breaks for care, water and checking on the animal are already included in the transport price and are planned according to the type of animal and the duration of the journey.
What payment methods are available?
Payment can be made in cash, by card or in advance. Split payment is also available, with 50% of the invoice amount paid upon collection and the remaining 50% upon arrival at the destination.
Is payment by invoice available?
Payment by invoice is available to existing customers by prior agreement. New customers can choose between cash or card payment, advance payment and split payment.
